COURSE OVERVIEW

This course aims to help you understand the basics of Denim.
  • The first lesson on the Basics of Indigo Dyeing explains the history of indigo, its properties and the dyeing techniques of indigo.
  • The second lesson on the Basics of Denim elaborates on the history of denim and its production process.
  • The third lesson covers the basics of the Cadira® Denim dyeing technology, the new Indigo dyeing technology that DyStar uses to eliminate the use of conventional reducing agent hydrosulphite. It is noteworthy that Cadira Denim is the first salt-free Indigo dyeing process on the market.
