FOAM BLAST 150K is a 30% silicon-based defoamer that is recommended for systems requiring an acid or alkaline tolerant defoamer and can be used in both hot and cold processes. All components are in compliance with FDA regulation 21 CFR 173.340 (a)(1) and (a)(2) and is limited by that regulation to a maximum usage of 33.3 ppm based on silicone content for most uses. Consult this regulation for situations where the use limitation may be different. All components of this product are manufactured under good manufacturing practices. Consideration for other FDA permitted uses would require further evaluation.
